 Peter Cleminson CBE FIET
Chairman of the Advisory Board: T4M "Spirit of Remembrance" Specialist Guided Battlefield & Remembrance Tours
Peter retired as National Chairman of the Royal British Legion in 2010 and is now a Trustee of Haig Homes and also represents the veterans from St Kitts and Nevis in the UK for The Royal Commonwealth Ex- Services League. He was awarded his CBE for voluntary service to Ex-service Men and Women.
Peter served in the RAF in the fifties in early warning radar and joined the BBC on demob, serving for 27 years before retiring early as Head of Engineering Transmission. He travelled worldwide, having responsibility for Health and Safety, Site Acquisition, Administration, Finance, Shipping and Procurement. His last task in 1989 was to relocate the Transmission Directorate to Warwick, prior to its sale to Crown Castle as part of the BBC privatisation. On leaving the BBC he became Business Development Director for Aerial Sites, a provider of facilities for TV, Radio, Emergency Services and Mobile Radio users. After 13 years he retired after negotiating its sale to Spectrasite Transco, a USA/UK consortium.
During the last ten years Peter has extensive experience leading Pilgrimages worldwide with relatives of those who rest in Commonwealth War Cemeteries.
Peter is married to Una, a Hospice Sister, who also has 20 years' service as a Major in Field Hospitals where she was awarded the TD. Una has accompanied Peter on Pilgrimages, providing medical cover and, when needed, comfort and support to the families of the fallen.

 Paul Julius
Joint Founder, Chairman & Executive Director T4M
In 1993, Paul founded Medway Travel based in Kent. His relentless commitment to "blue-chip" personal customer service and the dedication and hard work of his loyal hand-picked team, ensures that Medway Travel continues to expand.
Paul's initial career was in engineering, and after obtaining an engineering degree Paul progressed through a number of engineering companies, finally as sales and marketing director with over 100 sales staff and engineers in several countries reporting to him. Operating with a large travel budget and constantly disillusioned with the travel services that he was using, it was at this time that Paul first had the vision and foresight to start his own travel company on the grounds he could not find a company to provide him with the level of customer service that he expected. After a 2 year stint as Membership Director of the Institute of Directors (IOD) in London, Pauls dream became a reality and he founded Medway Travel Ltd.
Now, Medway Travel is one of the most successful and respected independent travel companies in the UK, renowned for its relentless pursuit of ISO certified gold standard customer service. As a member of the UniGlobe travel organisation, Medway Travel enjoys access to its unrivalled international buying power.
Paul has also been Chairman of The Travel Management Partnership Ltd - a consortium of like-minded independent travel agencies - for 15 years and is also a Board member of The Reedham Trust - a children's charity.

 Nikki Archer-Waring
Joint Founder & Managing Director T4M
As Managing Director and co-founder of T4M, Nikki draws on over 25 years of executive management experience in Travel & Tourism in operational, HR, and Sales & Marketing sectors in traditional offline and online in the UK, Canada and Australia.
Nikki also has extensive hands-on experience at senior management level in the UK with all facets of tour operations, including her recent tenure as Head of Travel at The Royal British Legion where she increased brand awareness and grew the tailor made tour department by over 150% YOY in 2010. Nikki hails from a distinguished military family and recognises the significant debt we all owe to all those who serve. Nikki also is the driving inspiration behind our new and very special Remembrance and Battlefield Travel operation, Spirit of Remembrance.
Nikki also co-founded Australasia's first online incoming travel business (Travel Online) in 1995, winning extensive governmental and private sector recognition and several prestigious awards.
In 2001 Nikki moved to the UK from Australia and held a number of senior appointments with Sabre Holdings (parent company of Travelocity, Last Minute, Holiday Autos etc); London City Airport; and Head of the Travel Collection, a fully owned division of Kuoni Travel Group. Nikki has also served on several high profile industry boards as well as extensive industry consulting experience.

 Graeme Archer
Joint Founder & Director of Marketing T4M
Graeme is a very proud Aussie who has an unbroken 30 years plus executive/board level career within the travel, tourism, leisure & hotel/hospitality industry sector in Australia and the UK. He has extensive experience in traditional & online travel and tourism, marketing, sales & distribution platforms. He is highly experienced within the online and internet travel sector travel with an extensive 15 year online travel & tourism background in online distribution since 1995.
Graeme is a highly literate professional with extensive experience in both major corporate cultures and entrepreneurial start-ups - particularly in the online travel and leisure field with early stage start-ups.
In 2003 he co-founded Travel Match Ltd, a UK Travel and Tourism consulting company which specialises in online travel consulting for business planning and solutions for SME Travel and Tourism Businesses for Social Media and Social Media Optimisation (SMO) services, Internet Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and online Intellectual Property Issues (IP).
Graeme is also an award winning photographer with his work being featured by major travel companies, Tourism Bureaus and major UK print and digital media. Hobbies are photography (!) World War 2 aircraft: in particular the beautiful spitfire, robust Hurricane and the amazing Lancaster..
He is also a specialist senior travel & tourism consultant for the prestigious Gerson Lehrman Consulting Group.

 Janellen Stuart
Finance & Administration Manager: Medway Travel Ltd
Janellan is in charge of the administration and accounting back-end process for T4M. Janellan started her career as a cashier for a major high street bank, and then progressed to accounting for a major insurance broker, who was the first such company in the country to gain ISO 9000/1994 accreditation. Later in the airline industry she was the a Contracts Manager travelling around the world interviewing and contracting prospective aircrew. A stint followed as the financial controller for a small manufacturing company for 4 years, then Janellan joined Medway Travel 6 years ago as Finance and Administration Manager. Janellan is in overall charge of the financial accounting for the company and ensure that it constantly follows best practice and with her team control the quality procedures within the office, including ISO 9001/2000 certification and IIP standard, and is very proud of both!
Janellan's interests include Interior Design, Calligraphy & Astronomy (novice level)! She is also currently studying for her BA (Hons) in Business Studies.

 Tifferny Boarer
Head of Business Operations Medway Travel Ltd
Tiffernys primary role is to manage and develop the relationship between Medway Travel Ltd and T4M through regular review meetings and forums providing in house and product training. One of the main objectives of Tiffernys role is to consistently and constantly look for ways to enhance all aspects of T4M clients service though customer service training and providing solutions to enable us to meet - and exceed - our clients expectations every time. This includes keeping our own team up to date with the constantly changing face of global aviation and travel.
Tifferny has over 13 years experience within the travel industry and has worked her way up from a trainee consultant to managing her own team of consultants within a global travel management company. She is a passionate crusader and believer in providing the very best of customer service standards to every client.
Tiffernys interests include Travelling, Reading, Skiing & Swimming.

 Astra Beadle
Principal Leisure Travel Consultant
With a progressive 12 year career in travel Astra specialises in bespoke leisure travel arrangements for T4M clients. Astra's career has included a 2 year stint as a entertainer overseas and as a Customer Service Section Manager including My Travel & Holiday Bookers, before she saw the light (!) and joined Medway Travel in 2006.
Astra is an extremely experienced professional leisure consultant with her forte the construction of quality bespoke travel experiences using extensive research and award winning customer service support for her clients. Besides Sri Lanka Astra is a specialist consultant for the USA, Borneo, Cruise & Rail Holidays, with progressive experience also in Maldives, Malaysia and the ultimate long haul dream destination - Australia.
Astra's interests are singing with her band (!), reading, travelling and music.

 Mel Broughton
Senior Leisure Travel Consultant
Mel studied Travel and Tourism at college for two years and also has a background in upmarket customer service in the hospitality industry. Mel is now responsible for researching into and arranging a wide range of holidays for T4M clients in our specialist areas of Sri Lanka, Maldives, Malaysia and Australia.
She also is the administrator for Medway Travel's "Horizons" leisure club, enrolling new members into the club and updating existing members on their membership levels. Mel also handles much of the marketing research and database projects for TM4 products.
Mel's interests include travel, gym, reading and the cinema.
